According to the head chef where I work it's "Swedish" Apple Pie, because of the "cakey" crust on top, but this was my favorite dessert as a child.

1 cupsugar
1 tbssugar
1 tspcinnamon
1egg
1/2 cupbutter (melted)

Preheat oven to 350°

Grease pie pan

Peel and slice apples

Mix 1tbs sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon and sprinkle evenly on top of apples

Mix flour, sugar, egg, and butter

Pour mixture evenly over top of apples

Bake at 350° for 45 minutes
