Strawberry essence
250 gblue band
3eggs
Tinsugar
2 tinsself raising flour (use blue band tin to measure)

Steps

Place blue band in a bowl and mix with sugar untill soft

Add eggs and mix them well

Add 2 tablespoon of strawberry essence and mix
4

Sieve flour into the mixture and stir well till it forms a soft paste
5

Heat the oven to 380 then lower to 250. Place the cake and let it cook for 20-30 mins
6

The cake is ready
