Soft and Fluffy Pastries
I struggled for a while to figure out how to make my dough soft and fluffy, so I decided to try adding all the ingredients that help achieve that texture. I gave it a try, and thankfully, it worked out. I hope you like it if you try it. Enjoy!

I struggled for a while to figure out how to make my dough soft and fluffy, so I decided to try adding all the ingredients that help achieve that texture. I gave it a try, and thankfully, it worked out. I hope you like it if you try it. Enjoy!
Steps
- 1
Note: You may need to add more or less flour or water, as flour types vary.
- 2
Mix all the dry ingredients together well, then add the egg and rub it into the mixture.
- 3
Add the yogurt, vinegar, and milk (if using liquid milk), and knead well.
- 4
Gradually add the oil and water while kneading until the dough is soft, fluffy, and holds together.
- 5
Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- 6
When shaping, dust your work surface with flour and shape the dough as desired.
- 7
Brush the tops with egg and milk, then sprinkle with black cumin seeds or sesame seeds.
- 8
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C). Keep an eye on them, as they bake quickly—about 20 to 25 minutes.
- 9
Remove from the oven, place on a serving plate, and enjoy.
