Grate the carrots

Boil the water and add the carrots and leave for 5 minutes, to get that rich colour from the carrots.

Add salt and sugar to the water and mix well.

Add the flour and knead well until you get a ball kind of dough.

Add the oil and continue kneading until the dough is soft.

Cover for 10 minutes with a clean kitchen cloth.

Divide the dough into two then rollout to a circle shape, add a little oil to it cut and make small balls.

Rollout the ball shaped dough to get a flat circle shape.

Heat the pan, put the flat circle shaped dough.

Heat both sides and apply oil, cook for 1 minute on both sides until golden brown.

Serve with any stew.
