Take cauliflower florets and fry it on medium flame and cover it simmer for 2-5 minutes till they arehalf cooked

Then take off and keep aside

Now in the same pan add oil, cumin seeds and allow to splutler

Add ginger garlic paste fry on a low heat till the raw smell goes off,add onion and fry till golden

Add tomatoes,sprinkle salt and turmeric powder

Add garam masala and red chilli powder saute for one to two minutes

Then add cauliflower and mix well cook for 3 to4 minutes

Add water just enough to partially cover the cauliflower florets

Cover and cook till they completely cooked
