1 cloveFinely diced garlic
1 pinchParsley
1 dashRosemary
1 1/2 tspSavory the herb
3 1/2 tspThinly chopped thive
1Diced tomato
1 1/2 tspSalt
1 1/2 tspGround black pepper
1/2finely diced Onion
3 1/2 tbspButter or margerine

Whip eggs

Add in all herbs and spices

Add in garlic and onion

Mix in the tomato and thive

Heat the griddle

Put in the butter when the griddle is ready then add in the eggs

Stir or mix the eggs around in the griddle or skillet and when the eggs are golden yellow it is ready
