Firstly for dough- mix flour and butter with finger tips,till it starts like crumbs

Add Little water and knead it to a soft oily dough with very so hands

Wrap the dough in plastic foil and keep in fridge for 15-20min

After 15min roll the dough on clean kitchen slab, sprinkle little flour roll it like roti but not very thin

Take a tart mould and place it under the dough.press it with finger tips.

Cut it over the Sharp edges repeat same process for another tart moulds

Arrange on baking tray and fill them with raw dal.

Bake it on preheated oven on 160-170degree 20-25 min.

When they looking golden colour take out and unmould it.let it cool

How to ready filling:-Take a pan add butter,as butter melt add all ing. except water

Mix with spoon and little boil on med.heat for 3-4min.reduce heat.

Add water stir it. 1-2min. Now keep on heat and give one boil off gas now

Balance taste and cool at room temperature

While cool it blend with double beater till smooth.now add whipped cream and blend it both till should be sauce smooth

You can add orange essence1-2 drops

Pour the ready lemon sauce in piping bag. Pipe the sauce on cooled tarts and decorate with cherry.
