preheat oven to 450. in a pan saute onions in oil, add chicken, broth, wine, celery& bay leaf, simmer 10 min.

in a separate pan melt butter, then add flour& pepper whisking briskly for 5 min to form a roux

place the chick mix in a 2 qt casserole. add the roux& stir. drape phyllo dough over top & bake 20 to 25 min
