Squeeze excess liquid from spinach

In food processor, blend spinach, cream cheese, garlic, onion, 2 cups shredded parmesan until smooth

Add drained artichoke hearts, pulse twice, add jalapeno, pulse two more times. mixture should be lumpy.

Bake at 350 for 40 min, until mixture is heated through and spreadably soft
- 5
Sprinkle with remaining parmesan, serve hot with bread, tortilla chips, or fresh veggies
