1 1/4 cupunpopped corn
1 cupbutter
2 cupbrown sugar
1/2 cupcorn syrup
1/4 tspcream of tarter
1/2 tspsalt
1 tspbaking soda

Pop corn into large metal or glass bowl (plastic may melt).

Combine next 5 ingredients in medium sauce pan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil gently for 2.5 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in baking soda.

Pour over popped corn and combine thoroughly. Enjoy!!

Halve everything for a smaller batch.
