First mix all purpose flour coco powder baking powder and baking soda And sieve it.

Now take a bowl add sugar And mix all wet ingredients with hand beater.

Then add dry ingredients into wet ingredients in 2-3batches.

Mix well till all the ingredients mix together and it will become a lump free batter.

Now heat 1/2cup water And add coffee powder.

Mix the hot coffee mixture into the batter immediately..

Now pour the batter into the greased pan.

Now preheat your oven at 180degree fr10mints.

Bake the cake at 180deg fr 25-30mints or till toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Let the cake rest fr 10mints in the pan then invert it into the wire rack And let it cool completely.

Now cling wrap the cake And rest it fr 4-5hr in fridge.

Take out the cool cake from fridge and cut it horizontally in to 2 equal parts with a serrated knife.

Now pour some sugar syrup evenly into one part fr moisting the cake.

Now put a dollop of whipped cream over it And spread it with a spatula. Sprinkle sm Choco chips over it.

Put the second part of the cake over the cream and press it gently. And spread sugar syrup evenly over it.

Now cover the cake with whipped cream and decorate it with chocolate ganache chocolate strips cherries And sm chocolate shavings.
