Ek bade bowl me gram flour, salt, red chilli powder and half spoon chat masal powder add karein, water dal kar idli batter jaisa batter ready karein.

Ab isme thin chopped spinach, onion, and Potato, dry coriander add karein and ache se mix kar le.

Ab ek deep pan me oil garam karein, or Pakode ko half fry karein.

Ab pakode ko thoda press karein ya beech me kat kar 2 part kar le or fir deep fry karein.

Spinach Potato Pakode ready hai serve with chutney or tomato sauce
