  1. 1 bowlrajma (soaked 8 hours before)
  2. 1/4 bowlwhole urad dal (soaked 4 hours before)
  3. as per tasteSalt
  4. For boiling rajma
  5. 2bay leaves
  6. 1cinnamon stick
  7. 1clove
  8. 1 tsp butter
  9. For gravy
  10. 2 tbspdesi ghee
  11. 2chopped onions
  12. 2chopped green chillies
  13. 4tomatoes puree
  14. 1 inchginger
  15. 4-5 clovesgarlic
  16. 1/2 tsp jeera
  17. 7-8whole black peper
  18. 2cloves
  19. 1green cardamom
  20. 2cinnamon stick
  21. 1bay leaves
  22. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  23. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  24. 1/4 tsp aamchur powder
  25. 2 tbspcream
  26. as neededButter
  27. as neededCoriander leaves

    Sabse phele rajma ko boil karein bay leaves,cinnamon stick, clove, butter,salt daalkar

    Ab ginger se lekar bay leaves tak sab ka paste banaye

  3. 3

    Ab ek pan mein ghee garam karein or onion daalkar pink hone tak pakaye. Ab ginger garlic ka paste daale or pink karein fir red chilli powder or tomato puree daale or oil niklne tak pakaye.ab turmeric powder aamchur powder salt daalkar mix karein

    Ab boil dal rajma ko daal de achii tarah mix karke cream ko daalkar slow flame par red hone tak pakne de. Ab rajma ka bacha hua pani daal de ek boil aane par 10 min cover lagakar pakne de

    Ab dish ko serving bowl mein nikalkar uppar se butter or coriander leaves se decorate karein
