Ingredients

39 minutes
3 serves
  • 200 gomena
  • 1onion diced
  • 3medium size onion
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1lemon
  • 1 tbsproyco

Steps

39 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil the omena for 15 minutes. While boiling addvin the lemon juice removed from lemon.

  2. 2

    Cut onions and tomatoes.

  3. 3

    Put oil in a sufuria, add in tomatoes and fry until lightly brown.

  4. 4

    Add in tomatoes and stir until soft.

  5. 5

    Add in the boiled omena minus the boiling soup.

  6. 6

    Stir. Remember to add salt to taste.

  7. 7

    Dissolve royco in 10 mls of water.

  8. 8

    Add theb stir well

  9. 9

    Add water boil for afew minutes then serve
