Ingredients

  1. 3 tablespoonsbutter
  2. 1/3 cupflour
  3. 1 tablespoonchicken bouillon or 1 cube
  4. 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  5. 1/4 teaspoonpepper
  6. 3 cupsmilk
  7. 3 cupschicken, cooked
  8. 1 cuppeas, cooked
  9. 1 cupcarrots, cooked and diced
  10. 1 cuppotatoes, cooked and diced, or rice, cooked
  11. 1Pillsbury refrigerated piecrust, uncooked

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 375°. Melt butter in medium saucepan. Add flour, bouillon, salt, and pepper. Stir until blended, then stir in milk until thickened. Add chicken and vegetables. Pour into casserole, deep-dish pie plate, or skillet. Add top crust. Bake for 45 minutes.
