Ab ek kdahi me oil garam kar usme sarso or khadi lal mirch ka tadka lagaye..or meethi neem bhi daale..ab isme kate hue dhokle ko daal kar chlaiye 5 minuts tak. bus ab inhe plate me nikal lijiye..apka dhokla teyaar he..🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏

Or 3 spoon dahi mila kar 4 ghante ke liye rakh de. 4 ghante baad isme khamir ban jayega. ab is ghol ame namak or khane ka soda mila le. fir ek kdahi me 1/4 paani garam kare..fir ek thaali le jo kdahi ke andar fit ho jaye.. ab is thali me oil lga le, ab teyar ghol ko isme daalkar fela le or kadahi ke andar rakh kar upar se dhakkan se dhak dijiye. 20 minuts ke baad thali ko nikal lijiye..or ab dhokle ko knif se chote slice me kaat le.
