Make marinara sauce by reducing roughly blended fresh tomatoes, tomato paste and plum Italian sauce in a little olive oil. Add in minced garlic, onion and bay leaves. Season with salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, oregano and rosemary.

Prepare beschamel sauce: equal part of butter and flour with cooking cream.

Sauté minced meat in a little olive oil season with salt, black pepper and italian seasoning. Add meat to your marinara sauce once it has reduced

In an oven dish, place a layer of your minced meat sauce, then lasagne sheets, then minced meat sauce, then a layer of beschamel sauce and a top layer of grated mozzarella cheese. Bake for about 45mins and serve
