4-5bread slices
1/2 cupsliced onions
1/2 cupdiced capsicum
1 cupmozzarella cheese (grated)
1 teaspoonoregano
1/2 teaspoonred chilli flakes
1 tablespoonbutter
1/4 teaspoonred chilli powder
to tasteSalt

Butter the bread slices.

Mix salt and red chilli powder with onions and capsicum.

Add veggie mix over bread slices.

Add mozzarella cheese over it.

Bake for 7-8 minutes @180 °C.

Sprinkle oregano and red chilli flakes over toast. Cut into halves.

Serve hot.
