  5. 1tap tomato paste
  6. 1 clovegarlic
  7. 1ginger

    Marinade the beef for 2 hrs with the spices

    After that fry the beef in oil till brown

  3. 3

    Garnish with diced tomatoes, yellow and red pepper.

    Serve hot. 6 servings.
