I love yogurt cakes, and there are some delicious vanilla and chocolate-flavored soy yogurts available (you can find them in the refrigerated section next to regular yogurts in most supermarkets).
The unique thing about this cake is its delicious soy flavor, which soy milk lovers will adore.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) with heat from above and below.

Beat the eggs with the raw cane sugar.

Add the oil and yogurt, and beat again.

Add the flour, salt, and baking powder in three parts. Add one part, mix. Add another part, mix. Add the last part and mix again. This will make it much better.

Grease a pan with oil and flour the edges, then pour the batter inside.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F (180°C) with heat from above and below. You can check if it's done after 20 minutes =)

Take it out, let it cool, remove from the pan... And enjoy it for a snack (or whatever! Haha)

I added icing; you need to let it cool completely for it to harden. =)
