
Sauteed Kale with Toasted Pine Nuts

Fold each kale leaf lengthwise in half cut stem away along crease

Tear leaves coarsely

Heat oil in large heavy pot over medium high heat

Add onions and garli and sautee until onion is soft about six minutes
- 5
Add half kale and cook until kale wilts tossing often 2-3 minutes

Add remaining kale and half pine nuts. Toss untilnkale is just tender and still bright green about 3 minutes longer

Season to taste with salt and pepper

Transfer to bowl and sorinkle with remaining pine nuts.

Can be held in warm oven until serving or oreoared in advance and heated in oven
