Chicken and Chorizo Burritos

Cut the chicken and chorizo into small cubes. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, mixed herbs, and Worcestershire sauce. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.

Dice the onion and bell pepper into small cubes, and shred the cheese.

Sauté the chicken for 20 minutes, then add the chorizo, onion, and bell pepper. Cook for another 20 minutes until everything is fully cooked.

Heat the chili beans for 5-7 minutes.

When everything is ready, lay out a tortilla and first add the chicken and chorizo mixture.

Next, spoon on the beans.

Then add the shredded cheese. I used provolone, but you can use your preferred cheese.

Finally, drizzle with ranch dressing. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it up.

Heat the burritos in a skillet with a little butter to seal them, and enjoy.
