Crush Oreos into pieces and place half in bottom of 9x13 pan.

In a large bowl, blend cool whip, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and butter until most lumps are gone.

In another bowl, mix pudding, milk, and vanilla until it starts to thicken.

Pour pudding mix into 1st bowl and mix until well blended.

Pour mixture over cookie layer then top with the rest of the cookies.

Freeze until ready to eat.
