  • 150 gmFresh Mawa..
  • 2 tspnAll purpose flour..
  • 1 tspncardamom powder...
  • .2green cardamom..
  • 1 cupSugar...
  • .1 & 1/2 cupWater.

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a smooth dough of mawa, flour & cardamom powder.Keep rest for 10 mins.

  2. 2

    Make sugar syrup of sugar & water with 2 cardamom.

  3. 3

    Now roll the mawa dough & cut it into square pieces.

  4. 4

    Deep fry the square pieces in warm oil but oil should not be too hot.

  5. 5

    When it's colour became dark brown take out the pieces & put it into sugar syrup.

  6. 6

    After an hour serve it.
