It's an authentic bengali sweet.
Steps
- 1
Make a smooth dough of mawa, flour & cardamom powder.Keep rest for 10 mins.

Make sugar syrup of sugar & water with 2 cardamom.
- 3
Now roll the mawa dough & cut it into square pieces.
- 4
Deep fry the square pieces in warm oil but oil should not be too hot.
- 5
When it's colour became dark brown take out the pieces & put it into sugar syrup.
- 6
After an hour serve it.
