1/3 cupchocolate chips

mix up pancake batter according to box and how much you are making

add cinnamon to taste, vanilla and choc. chips. may add more or less of each

heat pan on stove on med. to high. must b hot.

spray with good nonstick spray

pour in batter to size you prefer

when top begins to bubble, flip!
