  • 1/2 cupMalai/cream
  • 1-2 tbspKetchup (to taste)
  • 1 cupMilk
  • 1 spKasoori methi
  • 1/4 tspGaram masala
  • For paste-
  • 2Onion large
  • 1Tomato large
  • 3Chilli
  • 5-7Garlic
  • 1/2 inchGinger
  • 3-4 tbspDesicated coconut
  • 8-10kaju

    Paneer ko cube mein cut Kar warm water mein rakhe

  2. 2

    Pineapple ko peel Kar cube mein cut kere

  3. 3

    Capsicum ko bhi cube mein cut Kar le

  4. 4

    Paste ke sabhi ingredient ko pressure cook Kar ke thanks hone per grind Kar paste bana le

  5. 5

    Ab pan mein oil garam kere choti elaichi ko crack Kar dale

  6. 6

    Ab grind paste dale aur bhune ab garam masala dal ke bhune

  7. 7

    Ab ketchup aur malai dal ke bhune ab sath hi capsicum dal aur oil left hone tak bhune

  8. 8

    Ab pineapple dale salt and sugar dale 2-3min cook kere

  9. 9

    Ab gravy ke liye 1cup milk add kere

  10. 10

    Boil aane per paneer ke cube dale lightly mix kere

  11. 11

    Ab kasoori methi dale 2min cook Kar ke flame off Kar de

  12. 12

    Serve with naan/ tandoori roti.
