Grate mawa & peneer

Mxd both with baking soda maida elaichi powder & a little wtr to make a sft dough.

Make small balls

Heat deshi ghee in kadai & fry balls in low flame till golden brown.

Now make sugar syrup 2cups sgr+2cups wtr.

Drain jamuns & soak dm in sgr syrup.

Njoy hot hot gulab jamun with rabdi or ice cream.
