Ingredients

20-25 mins
  1. 1 cupmoong dal soaked 1 hour
  2. 1/2 cuprice flour
  3. 1/4 cupbarik suji
  4. 2 slicebread crumbs
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1/2 tea spoonRed Chilli powder
  7. 1/4 tea spooncoarsely grinded Garam masala
  8. 1/4 tea spoonbhuna Jeera coarsely grinded
  9. 1/4chaat masala
  10. 1/4 tea spoonki half hing
  11. 1/2 tea spooncoarsely grinded Sabut dhania
  12. 1Green Chilli roughly chopped
  13. 1/4 tea spoonGinger garlic paste
  14. 3-4tea spoons Fresh corriender leaves chopped
  15. Oil for frying
  16. Water to make thick paste

Steps

20-25 mins
  1. 1

    Coarsely Grind soaked moong dal.. Mix rice flour, suji, bread crumbs, mix..

  2. 2

    Then add all the spices written above.. The batter should neither be too thick nor too thin.. It should be little thicker then what we keep batter in besan ke pakode

  3. 3

    Take one kadai. Heat oil.. Then roughly drop moong dal batter with spoon or hands into the oil and fry until golden brown.. At medium heat..

  4. 4

    Note heat should not be high.. Oil should be hot that the batter of pakoda should not get burnt

  5. 5

    Your delicious moong dal pakodas are ready to eat..

    Garnish with tomato slices and fresh corriender

    Serve hot with corriender chutney.. Tomato ketchup and curd if you want..or any dip you can use
