Soak kabuli chana overnight and pressure cook with salt for 3 to 4 whistles

Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds when crackle,add the onions,ginger and garlic and saute.

Now add cholle masala,red chilli powder,amchur,turmeric,coriander powder,salt and a little water and cook for few minutes.

Now add kabuli chana,mix well and cook for another 5 to 6 min.

Chole masala is ready

Garnish with green coriander
