chop onion, peppers & corgette into small pieces & slice mushrooms

cook sausages in pan or oven, add teaspoon of olive oil to each sausage first

boil pots for 10 mins, then simmer (peel first if desired)

Fry corgette, onions, peppers, kidney beans & garlic with 4 teaspoons of olive oil in pan on low heat

Preheat oven on No 4

add all food (inc) can of chopped tomatoes (drain juice first) to medium size baking dish

Boil 150ml water, add 1 beef stock, stir well

Cover food with stock, place baking dish in oven on middle shelf for 5 mins. Add hot sauce if to liking.
