Ingredients

  1. 1 cupSuji
  2. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  3. 1 tspJaggery
  4. 2 tspChana Dal
  5. 1 tspMustard seeds
  6. 2 tspPeanut
  7. 1tspOnion (cut into small pieces)
  8. 1 tspSalt
  9. 1/3 cupCurd

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add mustard seeds,chana Dal, peanut and fry it.

  2. 2

    Now soak it with curd 1 hour.

  3. 3

    After that take idli pan spread oil on the pot.

  4. 4

    Now take the half part and mix it well

  5. 5

    And the other part add jaggry.

  6. 6

    Now put the mixture one by one on the idli pot

  7. 7

    Keep it with low flame 15 minutes.

  8. 8

    After that ready colourful idli.thank you.
