Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsFOR DOUGH : All purpose flour -
  2. 1/2 cupGhee -
  3. to tasteSalt according
  4. 300 gramsFOR STUFFING - Boiled potatoes -
  5. 2 tablespoonGhee -
  6. 1/2 teaspoonCumin Seeds -
  7. 2 tablespoonChopped cashew nuts
  8. 2 tablespoonChopped almond
  9. 2 tablespoonChopped pistachio
  10. 2 tablespoonRaisin
  11. 1 teaspoonAmchur -
  12. 1 tablespoonChopped Ginger and chilli -
  13. 1/2 teaspoonGaram Masala -
  14. Ghee - for deep frying
  15. to tasteSalt according
  16. 1 teaspoonKitchen king Masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a big mixing bowl add all purpose flour,ghee and salt make a soft dough using warm water and Set it aside for 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Take a an Heat ghee and add cumin seeds and chopped ginger and chilli and saute for a minute.

  3. 3

    Add chopped all dry fruits and saute for 1 minutes and add boiled mashed potatoes, and all remaining spice Saute for 15 to 20 minutes on low flame.and allowed to cool.

  4. 4

    Divide the dough into 20 parts and roll it in oval shape and cut into 2 parts. Join them to make samosa shape. And fill 2 teaspoon masala.

  5. 5

    Fixed edges of samosa with some water.

  6. 6

    Take a pan Heat ghee on low flame and deep fry the samosas until they become golden colour

  7. 7

    Now mini samosa ready for serve
