Clean and wash rice.

Rice and milk add in a pressure cooker.

.Deep fry all the gulab jamun in medium flame.

Heat sugar and water in a pan,keep it medium flame for 10 mins.

When it gets thick,it means syrup is ready.

Add cardamom powder.
