Take a big mixing bowl and mix all-purpose flour, 1/3 cup ghee, carom seeds and salt, mix very well.

Make a soft dough using warm water and leave it for 30 minutes.

Now, take a portion of the dough and roll it as thin as possible using rolling pin.

Now cut into 2-inch circles using a cookie cutter. Then place 8 circles one by one and overlap onto each other

Then rotate it from the first circle. Then you can get one cylinder.

Now cut this cylinder into two halves. Beautiful roses are ready.

Heat the ghee in a deep fry pan. Deep fry the roses on low flame till they become golden in colour.

Rose mathari is ready to be served.
