Stir fry Cous Cous
It's as easy as noodles, and healthier too.
Steps
- 1
Pour the couscous into a bowl, and cover with boiling water. The water should be two times the cous cous. Add some salt to this and leave it for about 3 minutes.
- 2
Strain the couscous and run some cold water through it. Leave it in the sieve to drain.
- 3
Heat up some oil in a frying pan. To this, add your bell pepper and onion.
- 4
Toss this for about a minute and then add the chicken or beef pieces, carrots and green beans. Season to your taste. Be careful not to over season.
- 5
Stir in the cous cous, and adjust the seasoning to your taste. Stir it around for about 2 minutes, and you're done.
- 6
Couscous tends to stick together. So when you're done, you could just separate it with a fork. Just going side to side and up and down. I added some fresh onions for a little crunch when they were done.

How would you style yours?
