Mix all the chopped vegetables into a clean bowl and keep aside.

Break the egg into a separate bowl, add cream, seasoning, beat and keep aside.

Heat oil in a small non stick fry pan with sliping sides

Saute the chopped vegetables only for very little time, remove and keep aside.

Add fresh oil into the fry pan, once the oil is hot, add broken egg into the oil.

Keep stiring with spatula to let the liquid eggs spread all around.

Now sprinkle the cooked vegetables over the egg.

Now start folding from one end and go on till you get a perfect crescent shape.

Don't keep the cooked omelette at one side for long time.

Serve immediately on a plate with the accompaniments.
