Take ½ cup all-purpose flour, yeast,1½-cup Lukewarm water sugar let the yeast activate for 15 minutes.

Add rest of 2.5 cups all-purpose flour (Do not add all the flour together, add 1 cup first and combine the dough then add in 1-1.5 cups and try to make soft dough, knead the dough for 15 – 20 minutes and make smooth and stretchy dough)Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover with cling warp and let it rest for 2-4 hour or until doubled.

Take one dough ball and roll it out into a circular shape sheet with thickness ¼ inch.Flip from one side to make a semi-circle and seal the corners. Brush it with butter.Sprinkle seasoning and chilli flakes on the top. Transfer it to a greased baking tin and make marks with the help of a sharp knife.

Preheat the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Bake the bread at the same temperature for about 20 minutes.

Once done, take out the Garlic Bread from the oven and serve with cheese dip.
