Heat the 1 tsp oil in a deep non-stick pan, add the peanuts,Cashew Nuts,makhana and saute on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes keep a side.

Heat oil add the mustard seeds and saute on a medium flame for a few seconds.Add curry leaves and asafoetida and saute on a medium flame for 3 minutes.Add the turmeric powder and salt, Red chilli powder,Dry mango powder mix well and saute on a medium flame for a few seconds.

Add the murmura and fried nuts mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.

Cool completely and store in an air-tight container.
