add onion garlic tomato sauce cinnamon oregano parsley mint pepper and salt

place in casserole dish layered with 1/3 of eggplant red sauce white sauce cheese and bread crumbs.

continue to layer then garnish with red ile or paprika and parsley

bake at 350 for an hour uncover and bake until brown.
