I was thinking about what to make for lunch and decided to make grilled chicken since I haven't had it in a while. I tried a different method this time, and thankfully it turned out great. I hope you like it!

I was thinking about what to make for lunch and decided to make grilled chicken since I haven't had it in a while. I tried a different method this time, and thankfully it turned out great. I hope you like it!

I used sauces instead of yogurt this time, but you can use any similar sauce or just yogurt. (These sauces are usually served with roasted or grilled dishes or salads, but I like to use them sometimes as a seasoning for grilled chicken for extra flavor. Sometimes I skip them—it's up to you. I used 1 level tablespoon of each.) Just wanted to share my ingredients with you.

Remove the skin from the chicken and cut it into large or medium pieces.

Mix all the spices and ingredients together thoroughly.

Coat all the chicken pieces well with the marinade.

Use another baking pan.

Chop the vegetables and place them on top of the chicken (I added the remaining vegetables after the chicken was halfway cooked).

Place in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 1 hour, using only the bottom heat.

After the time is up, turn on the top heat only and cover the chicken with another baking pan (I don't recommend using aluminum foil in the oven for health reasons). Leave for 20 minutes until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and serve hot with rice, lettuce, and hummus salad or any salad you like. Place the roasted vegetables next to the chicken and enjoy!
