Ingredients

  • 1/4 kgmatumbo
  • 2ripe tomatoes
  • 1red onion
  • Dhania
  • 2 table spooncooking oil
  • 1 pinchsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash your matumbo.

  2. 2

    When clean, boil them until tender.

  3. 3

    In a frying pan, cut the onion into small pieces and fry them until golden brown.

  4. 4

    Cut the tomatoes and add them to the onions.Add a pinch of salt.

  5. 5

    Let them cook until a paste is formed.

  6. 6

    Add the matumbo and let the meal cook for around 10 mins

  7. 7

    Cut the Dhania and add to the matumbo

  8. 8

    Wait for 2 mins and serve
