Ingredients

3large potatoes cut in big chunks
3large pieces of garlic shredded
40 gramsfresh rosemary
2 cupswater
1Ts salt
100 mlcooking oil

Steps

Boil the potato chunks for exactly ten minutes with the garlic and rosemary.

Drain the water from the potatoes.

Heat the oil in a small pan till got.Pat dry the chunks and place them gently in the oil when hot.

Leave them to fry till crunchy. Remove from oil and serve.
