Ingredients

  • 3large potatoes cut in big chunks
  • 3large pieces of garlic shredded
  • 40 gramsfresh rosemary
  • 2 cupswater
  • 1Ts salt
  • 100 mlcooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the potato chunks for exactly ten minutes with the garlic and rosemary.

  2. 2

    Drain the water from the potatoes.

  3. 3

    Heat the oil in a small pan till got.Pat dry the chunks and place them gently in the oil when hot.

  4. 4

    Leave them to fry till crunchy. Remove from oil and serve.
