Take a pan.. Heat oil.. Add hing..Jeera.. Add onion and cook..

Then add ginger garlic green Chilli paste.. Cook for 2-3 mins.. Then add tomato puree..add all spices and salt.. Mix well and Cover the lid and cook for 5 mins til it leaves it's sides

Now add diced potatoes.. Mix with light hands.. Cook for 5 mins.. Add water if required.. Add one teaspoon Ghee..Mix

Garnish with fresh corriender.. And serve hot
