First blanched spinach and grind it

Take a kadai and heat oil in it and fry paneer cubes and removed it from the oil

Than remove extra oil from kadai

Than add chopped onion and fry it for 2 minutes than add chopped tomato and fry it for five minutes

Than add dry spices ingredients and fry it for 5 minutes

Now add grinded Spinach and mix well

Fry for 10 minutes than add salt to taste

Now add fried paneer cubes and mix well and cook for 2 minutes

Now remove it from the gas.

Serve it with chapatis or fulki rotis.

Serve hot & enjoy delicious palak paneer.
