In a skillet fry ground beef (I usually season with seasoning salt)once itg has started to brown add onion and green peppers. cook until done.

drain grease leavving about 1 tbsp. then add 2 cloves of garlic (chopped) cook for 2 min.

add tomatoe sauce, basil, thyme, oregano and pepper.

bring to a boil and let simmer for at least 30 min. be patient and let those seasoning do their job

add 3 tsp. sugar. and simmer for another 15 minutes!

while sauce is simmering boil lasagna noodles in water and 1 tbsp of oil.

mix egg parmesain cheese and cottage cheese
- 8
layer the lasagna meat sauce lasana noodles cottage cheese mixture then sauce.

top with grated parmesian cheese, then mozzerella and then sprinkle cheddar. sprinkle basil on top.

cook on 350°F until desired consitency.
