1 boxbowtie pasta
24 ozdiced tomato/italian seasoned
1 cupheavy whipping cream
1/4 tspred pepper flakes
5 cloveminced garlic
1 smallonion/diced

start pasta water. SAUCE: medium heat: brown/crumble sausage with garlic, onion, red pepper flakes

add tomato and heavy cream. bring to boil then reduce heat to low. cover & simmer. stir occasionally

start pasta as sauce cooks

when pasta is cooked add sauce and mix. let stand 5 minutes before serving
