  • 1/2 bowlMakhanas -
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspRoasted cumin -
  • 1 tbspChat masala
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Take makhane in a kadhai on slow flame roasted them dry till get crispy.

  2. 2

    While roasting Take them in a plate. And allow to cool

  3. 3

    Whisk the curd, add salt, roasted cumin and chaat masala.

  4. 4

    Then add makhane.

  5. 5

    Add 1 spoon of chopped corinder leaves for garnish.
