CHEESE CHILLY: -
Cheese chilly is a popular indo Chinese dish. IT is served as starter or as a side dish with fried rice. Cottage cheese chunks stir fried with capsicum, onions and sauces.

Cheese chilly is a popular indo Chinese dish. IT is served as starter or as a side dish with fried rice. Cottage cheese chunks stir fried with capsicum, onions and sauces.
Steps

Cut cheese in cubes.

Sprinkle corn starch, salt and pepper on it. Coat well.

Deep fry it till it become golden.

Drain it on absorbent paper.

Heat oil in a pan.

Add ginger & garlic in it and saute for a while.

Add onions & capsicum in it. Soute for five minutes on high flame.

Add salt and pepper, tomato sauce, soya souce and chilly souce in it. Mix well.

Now add cheese and green chilly in it. Stir well.

Dissolve two table spoon corn starch in water.

Add it in to the cheese. Stir & cook for 2-3 minutes until gravy turns thick.

It's ready. Serve hot with naan or chapati or fried rice.
