Peel and cut the potato into wedges.
Heat the ghee in a pan add cumin seeds and fenugreek seeds let them crackle. - 2
Now add broken red chilli and chopped green chilli stir and add potatoes and salt mix well.
Reduce the heat, cover and cook the potatoes for 5 minutes. - 3
Open the lid add lemon juice, crushed kasoori methi powder mix well and turn off the heat.
Serve hot with paratha or poori.
