Fried Eggs
Eggs are a light meal. And very easy to prepare
Steps

Crack the eggs in a bowl. Add in salt and black pepper and whisk.

Chop the onion and tomato into small pieces
- 3
Heat oil a frying pan and add onions and fry. Add in tomato and stir.

Add in the egg mix and spread out.
- 5
Flip using a flat spoon. And cook the other side as well.
- 6
Serve hot
